  A: The driver will arrive at the airport after the plane has landed you have 40 minutes free waiting time. If you are delayed and you require the driver to wait, please contact us as soon as possible so we can instruct the driver to wait for a further 1 hour, which will cost £20. If we do not hear from you, the driver will leave the airport. Please note - if you have any reason to believe that you will clear airport formalities within 30 minutes of landing, please advise us so we can make arrangements for you.   Q: Why do I have to pay £25 for a meet and greet service for a LWB Mini Bus or Long Wheel Base Mini Bus at Heathrow and Gatwick?
  A: The LWB Mini Bus or Long Wheel Base Mini Bus is an over sized vehicle and it cannot be parked in the short term car parks near the terminals. This bus has to be parked in the long term car park which is a couple of miles from the terminals.The driver has to use the shuttle bus provided to get to the terminal and once he has met you has to return to the car park to fetch the bus. All of this adds about an hour to the waiting time and the long term car parks charge by the day and not by the hour. The car parking fee is £15 per day. However if you carry a mobile phone or use the public phone to ring the driver he or she will meet you just outside the terminal and no additional charges are payable.
